VACHERIN MONT D'OR
Ingredients
1 Vacherin Mont D'or cheese
100ml White wine approx, French Chardonnay is good.
Oven: 225C
Method
Remove cheese from box, and remove strip of bark surrounding cheese.
Trim edges.
For 2 people cut in half, line a small souffle dish with foil, place half in dish add enough white wine to reach approx half way up cheese.
Fold foil loosely over the top.
Bake approx 20 mins
Eat with bread.
For 4 people either have two dishes or cut cheese into quarters and have a dish per person.
