TONY'S COOKIES
Ingredients
180g butter
100g soft brown sugar
50g rapadura sugar
salt
10ml vanilla extract
1 large egg
250g plain flour
100g toasted pecan pieces/100g choc buttons
Oven: 180C
Serves: 24 cookies

Method
Cream butter and sugar.
Add egg and vanilla.
Sift flour and salt, stir in.
Divide mix add pecans to half and choc to other half.
Place in large teaspoonfuls on baking sheet.
Bake til bown. Cool
