SWEET GREEN CHILLI SALSA
395g Tomatoes (one tin chopped tomatoes) 1 Green Chilli mild to medium 120g Onion 40ml White Wine Vinegar 0.5ml Cinnamon 0.5ml Allspice 1ml Chilli powder optional 0.5ml Salt 90g Green pepper Small dice 60ml Water (4T)
Serves: 4
METHOD
Mix all ingredients in a saucepan and bring to boil. Simmer until onions are tender. Approximately 30 - 40 mins. Cool and eat with tortilla chips.
