STRAWBERRY GLAZE
55ml strawberry liqueur (from tin), 55g red currant jelly, 11/2 leaves gelatine(1/8oz).

METHOD
Soak gelatin in strawberry liquid, melt red currant jelly, off heat add liquid with gelatin, allow to dissolve, use when required.
