SAUSAGE STUFFING
6 slices white bread 140ml milk 450g sausage meat 30ml chopped parsley 5ml thyme 10ml salt 1ml pepper 1 egg 1 small onion, grated
METHOD
Cut the crusts off the bread and soak in the milk. Mix the sausage meat with parsley, thyme, salt, pepper, egg, grated onion and soaked bread. Bake separately.
