SALSA DE TORTILLA
Ingredients
325g passata ƒ/3 500g carton)
1/2 red onion
1 small garlic clove minced.
1 fresh chilli jalapeno or serrano
Fresh coriander leaves - approx half a large bunch.
Serves: 4 enchiladas

Blend all together, can be left a bit chunky, season with salt.
