QUICK RHUBARB
Ingredients
450g rhubarb
190g sugar, castor sugar or brown sugar or a mixture.
100ml water
Oven: 180C/Gas 4
Serves: 4
Method
Slice the rhubarb into 2cm lengths.
Put all in a shallow wide pan, heat on a ring to just boiling then place in the oven for 10 mins
Leave to cool.
