Risen Dough ready for forming into pizzas.
METHOD
Activate yeast with warm water.
Place flour, salt, and olive oil in the bowl of a mixer with a dough hook
Add activated yeast and mix/knead well, till a smooth dough is formed.
Allow to rise in a bowl with a little olive oil to help prevent sticking until doubled in size.
Knock back and form into pizzas.
Top.
Preheat the oven to as hot as possible, place the pizza on something that will allow/deliver as much bottom heat as possible. Upturned frying pan/baking tray or pizza stone are all good.
Bake for as little time as possible - if you have an oven that goes to 300C should only take 4 mins.
Serve with chilli oil standing by for that extra kick.
