ORANGE AND ELDERFLOWER JELLY
Ingredients
4 leaves gelatine
500ml orange juice/ 4-5 oranges
75 ml elderflower cordial
Method
Put leaves of gelatine and bowl of cold water and leave to soften. Juice fresh oranges if using and place in pan, add elderflower cordial. Warm gently, do not allow to get more than just warm. Squeeze excess water from gelatine leaves and add to juice. Stir to let them melt, pour into a container and allow to set.
