FRESH STRAWBERRIES WITH LIME
3 pts strawberries, hulled, 2 large limes
Serves: 8-10!
METHOD
Cut strawberries in half or quarters and put in a bowl. Finely grate the zest of limes over strawberries. Juice the limes, add 2 30ml to berries: toss well. Chill up to 3 hrs: serve chilled. MH wine glass with cream
