BUTTERCUP COOKIES
Ingredients
140g plain flour
2.5ml Baking powder
15ml cocoa powder
2.5ml salt
170g butter
480g sugar
4 eggs
15ml vanilla
10ml strong coffee(optional)
100g dark chocolate melted
50g milk chocolate,chopped
100g white chocolate chopped/or chips
Method
Beat butter and sugar,
Add eggs, melted chocolate, vanilla, and coffee.
Sift flour, cocoa and baking powder - stir in along with chopped chocolate.
Place dollops on greaseproof paper quite wide apart as mixture spreads a lot.
Bake 180C top and bottom heat 10-12 mins.
